This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and air conditioning. On my first visit, the staff helped me find great places to eat. I’m coming back for Christmas, highly recommended!

The noise from the highway is unbearable due to non-sealing windows!!! The issues with cleaning didn't align with the hotel's supposed green practices!!! Better soundproofing and attention to laundry specifications would greatly enhance the experience!!!

The room was clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Asian options. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Bund and metro stations. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Superior Twin Room was super comfy, super clean, and had all the little things I needed, like great cosmetics and plenty of space. The location was ideal for walking to major attractions. Just a heads up, I wish the shower water pressure was better, but the room definitely made up for it!

It was just a fine choice for a weekend getaway in Shanghai with fantastic value. The convenience store next door had everything I needed, and prices were so much better than the hotel bar. Check for a quieter room to avoid street noise if you're a light sleeper.

stayed at campanile for 3 nights, and it was great! the location was super convenient, just a short walk from peoples square. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of options.

The room was really clean and comfortable, a must in my book. The staff, they were always ready to help. I loved that they had a nice restaurant on-site that served good food and even alcohol late in the evening.

I loved how close the hotel is to the Bund and Yu Yuan Garden—just a 15-minute walk! The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the park across the street, which was a pleasant surprise.
